What's in an amigu box?

The amigu box is a surprise box that delivers new toys, snacks, chews and other products straight to your home every month. These are only high-quality products and the content is controlled, among other things, by the information you provide about your four-legged friend when placing an order. So each amigu box is individually designed!

Is the amigu box worth it?

It is! Each amigu box contains at least €50 worth of goods, and the bigger your order, the bigger the discount.

Is it a subscription?

You can choose whether you want to order a one-time amigu box to try out, a monthly renewing subscription, or a package of either 3, 6 or 12 amigu boxes. With the packages, of course, you don't get all amigu boxes at once, but one per month 😊

How often will my account be charged?

The respective amount is always debited from your account immediately upon receipt of your order. If you select the monthly subscription, your account will be charged monthly and the possible payment methods can be found at the bottom of the footer.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time, but not the pre-paid amigu box and the packages of 3, 6 and 12 amigu boxes. However, there is of course the right of withdrawal within 14 days, which you can refer to.

Once you have received the full number of boxes, no more will be shipped and no further charges will be made to your account. If you still want to give your dog amigu boxes, you can do so by responding to the reminder that will be sent by email a few weeks before your last amigu box and explicitly a new package of 3, 6 or 12 amigu boxes order.

Can I influence which products end up in my amigu box?

Sure! With your first order you will be asked a few questions about your dog's preferences and possible allergies, and based on this we will put together your personal amigu box(es).

You can also choose whether you would rather get 2 toys & 4 snacks, or 1 toy & 5 snacks.

What if my dog ​​has allergies or intolerances?

Before you order our products, we ask you a few questions, including explicit questions about your four-legged friend's preferences and possible allergies. You can select protein allergies and enter other intolerances.

Adjustments can also be made later via customer service ( beef@amigu.de or 0176 6522 0583).

When will the amigu boxes be delivered?

We ship products between the 1st and 20th of each month - so if you have ordered and transferred the money during this time window, you will usually receive your amigu box 2-3 working days later. If you order or pay between the 21st and 31st of a month, or it is no longer your first amigu box, your dog will be able to look forward to new toys and snacks at the beginning of the month (2nd - 5th) .

Which countries do you ship to and how much does delivery cost?

amigu is currently only available in Germany and the boxes are delivered free of charge.

For snacks, delivery is free from a purchase value of EUR 30. Below 30 EUR 2.99 EUR delivery fee will be charged.

Who delivers my amigu box?

Our shipping partner, DHL, will deliver your order to you.

How is my amigu box packed?

The products are in an amigu branded shipping carton and the snacks are each packed in a transparent bag. We would like to do without plastic completely, but unfortunately this material offers the necessary protection against oxygen and water vapor, which makes our snacks edible for longer.

In the future we would like to change this, also within the scope of the possibilities (because many things that are sustainable have high purchase quantities, unfortunately we are not there yet). So if you come across packaging that contains little to no plastic and could be suitable for our snacks, please send us an email to hello@amigu.de !

How can I change my address?

If you move, for example, you can change your address in your customer account.

Can I also have my amigu box delivered to a packing station?

Sure, DHL also delivers to Packstations. All you have to do is enter the word "Packstation" in the street field and the Packstation number in the house number field. Your DHL customer number is then entered in the company field.

Can I cancel my order and does amigu offer refunds?

In accordance with the statutory revocation provisions, you can revoke your order within 14 days of purchase. It is then possible to return boxes that have already been sent, but you would have to pay for the shipping yourself. As soon as we receive our products again, and the snacks have not yet been opened and the toys have not been used, we will refund you the amount you paid to us. However, if the snacks have already been opened and/or the toys have been used, we will deduct their cost from the amount to be refunded.

What if an item is defective?

If, for example, you receive an amigu box with a missing article, an already opened snack, or a broken toy, you can let us know at beef@amigu.de . We will then pack replacement items into your next amigu box. If you have only ordered one box or a few items from the amigu webshop, we will send you your new goods immediately and free of charge.

What if I haven't received a package?

In this case, we ask you to check whether your address has been entered correctly and whether the outstanding amount has been transferred.
